First Name Last Name Email Sign Me Up What Our Customers Are Saying Dear Tom, Thank you for providing a product as life-changing as Vapor Trapper. At the risk of sounding overdramatic, my story will illustrate the insidious nature of gasoline vapors in our daily lives and why Vapor Trapper is the best solution. Three months ago I came to possess a classic street rod after many years away from the hobby. I was very excited to be the owner of this 1941 beauty and looked forward to driving around with my local car club. It brought me back to a happier time of life. The car is kept in my attached one-car garage which is closed on three sides and has only the overhead garage door on the fourth side. When I entered the garage from the house I could smell the car and I thought, “Ah, that smells like horsepower!” as it reminded me of past street rods and drag racers that I had owned in my younger years. The smell was recognizably raw gasoline and I knew in the back of my mind that it was the result of the vent from the gas tank to the air, but the smell didn’t bother me as it never bothered me in the past. After a few days I could smell the fumes in the house and I came to realize that the HVAC system’s air handler located in the garage was picking up the fumes and blowing them into my living quarters. Again I was not bothered personally even though the vapor smell was quite evident. At about this time my two cats who are never allowed in the garage and are strictly indoor cats became ill with diarrhea and vomiting. A quick troubleshoot told me that the only change in my life was the car being in the garage and the smell entering the house. After veterinary treatment of my cats, to the tune of $1000, the seriousness of this issue became evident and it called for immediate action on my part. I ordered and installed a Vapor Trapper which immediately alleviated almost all the odors related to the car. I knew that this street rod with a carburetor on the motor would never lose all the sources of odors so I installed an exhaust fan in the garage to create fresh air flow and now the garage is odor free. The air coming into my house is free of any and all odors and the cats are fully recovered and happy again. Mine is only one of the ways that gasoline vapors from a classic or custom vehicle can affect our lives and health without our being totally aware that a problem even exists. For anyone who has such an issue with a custom or classic car or for someone who may be reluctant to own such a car because of the associated smells, Vapor Barrier is the solution. It certainly worked for me. Very truly yours, Vincent Mollicone Ocean City, MD Timberly Williams Definitely awesome products, My trapper works like a champ! Zero smells in my garage. 👌🏼🏆 - Greengo J.
